Which cricket calculator do you need?
- League tables: the net run rate calculator works out NRR, and the NRR qualification calculator shows the winning margin needed to overtake a rival.
- During a match: the required run rate calculator tracks a chase, and the projected score calculator projects a total.
- Player stats: the batting average calculator and the bowling economy calculator.
- Scoring and notation: the overs to balls converter handles overs, balls and decimals.
A note on overs
Cricket writes overs as overs.balls, so 18.4 overs is 18 overs and 4 balls, not 18.4 in decimal terms. Every tool here reads overs that way and converts to balls before doing any math, which avoids the most common run rate mistake.
Tournament rules vary
These tools follow the standard definitions used in ICC events and most leagues. Individual competitions can have their own playing conditions for rain-shortened matches, tie-breakers and points, so check the official rules when a place in the table depends on it.
